(Reuters) The U.S. Department of Agriculture on Friday confirmed the largest one-day sale of U.S. corn since 1991 totaling 1.56 million tonnes, with
grain traders saying that the bulk of it was bound for China.
The USDA said private exporters reported the sale of 1.44 million tonnes for delivery to unknown destinations during the 2012/13 marketing year beginning Sept 1.
