Picture of the Week: Corn Crop in Argentina

This picture comes from Córdoba Province in Argentina. The corn crop in Argentina is looking stressed due to the high heat and low amount of rainfall attributed to the current La Niña weather pattern in South America. If the harsh La Niña weather persists, look for grain prices to strengthen throughout the South American growing season and into the U.S. planting season.

Remember, we are always looking for agricultural pictures from anywhere in the world. Submit pictures to farmlandforecast@colvin-co.com
