This picture comes from Wisconsin during Spring planting season. Currently farmers are wrapping up harvest across the country and they are already starting to plan for the 2010 crop season. Farmers are negotiating rent contracts, planning on what seeds or fertilizers they are going to use, purchasing land to expand operation, budgeting and many other offseason tasks. Snow and cold temperatures are the start of Winter, but Spring will come quickly for farmers who have their work cut out for them during these cold months.
