This picture comes from Claire City, South Dakota. The farmer of this field must be happy that fall tillage has already been completed. This field was probably a wheat field that was harvested earlier this summer. It is still nice to see the field turned up prior to the extremely wet and cold conditions that have plagued the Northern Plains.
